PROTOS
Bodegas Protos' facilities have been extended from
its very beginning, back in 1927. At the present time Bodegas Protos
owns a big in size area where American and French oak barrels are
stored.
Galleries and tunnels of 2 Km long are dug out in the castle mountain sides
where wine ages at a temperature of 15 ºC and 75% relative humidity all
year long.
The Cellar has a production capacity of 4 millions kilograms of grape. Now a
days Bodegas Protos commercialises about 3 millions bottles.

BACH
Bach's history goes back to 1915 when the brothers
Pere and Ramón,
whose surname was Bach i Escopet, moved to Sant Esteve Sesrovires
from Barcelona and bought the “Can Estrada” property, which dates
from the 18th century.
Bach possesses 80 hectares
of vineyards in the region of Alto Penedés
at the foot of Monserrat mountain. The winery has, however, signed
contracts with 200 growers in the area to supply the 8 million kilos
of grapes needed to produce its wines and cavas.

This is a drink with a low alcohol content, between
25% and 30% per volume, made through a traditional method of macerating
sloe berries. These provide a characteristic red colour and a fruity
